Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup California dates
  • 1/2 Medium banana
  • 1/2 cup Orange juice
  • 1/2 cup Plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Ice (crushed)
Instructions
  1. Combine the first three ingredients in a blender and puree until the dates are finely chopped. 

  2. Add the yogurt and ice and blend until just combined.
