Mix together crushed cookeis and butter. Press into bottom of 9 inch spring form pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce temperature to 325 degrees.

Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beaten just until well combined. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour over crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until small cracks begin to form and center is set.

Place on a rack and cool in pan to room temperature. Gently loosen edges with a knife before removing sides of pan. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
